Roberts Building Services EA Ltd was established in 2006. We are a family run business based in Norwich, covering all surrounding areas of Norfolk and North Suffolk.

After many years of experience in the construction industry and qualifying with City and Guilds, we offer a full range of building services which include extensions and renovations, groundworks, kitchens, and home improvement services.

We specialise in project managing extensions and renovation work and are committed to providing all our customers with the highest level of customer service when working across the entire build process; this starts from our first point of contact to the very end. We are happy to listen to your ideas and advise you with materials/products, finish and budgets. We work with reputable architects and structural engineers who will support your project. We undertake all general building work from garden walls to loft conversions, including internal alterations.

Most of our work consists of manging the project from start to finish. This includes the groundworks, bricking up to wall plate, installing your chosen roof whether that is tiled or flat roof. Our team will extend all of the electrics and plumbing, supply and fit your windows and doors and plaster. We can provide flooring and tiling too.

We specialise in extensions and loft conversions which are great for those who do not wish to move but would like to gain more space; whether that is for an extra bedroom, study or living area.

Manging your project from start to finish includes liaising with the council for building control, contract of works & instalment plan.We will always make sure the customer is aware of any disruption to their current home and ensure we can prevent as much disruption as possible.

Warm Roof

Do you have a conservatory which is cold in the winter and too hot in the summer? Is the option of replacing this with an extension or orangery too expensive? Then we can provide you with a warm roof.

A warm roof construction is breathable, this mitigates the need for ventilation. It is more effective to keep the building cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter.

Our work includes subcontracting for a reputable renewable heating company. This consists of site clearance and digging trenches for ground source heat pumps then backfilling.
